How are active queues kept current?
When a supported queue requires it, QueueNary refreshes the existing retailer tab while its ticket is pending.
Does it know how many people are ahead of me?
Only when a supported retailer provides that information. QueueNary labels estimates carefully and does not invent a position.

QueueNary 0.9.0 supports Firefox desktop. Chrome support is coming soon.
